When we opened Mucho Gusto in the summer of 2020, we did so during a time of tremendous uncertainty, to say the least. The world had just begun to learn about COVID-19, and none of us had any clue back then how long the pandemic would last. But we believe that you cannot truly achieve success, in business and in life, without taking some risks.

So we ignored the naysayers and opened our doors. We knew then – just as we still do today – that if we provided great food, in a fun and safe atmosphere, with top-notch service and reasonable prices, people would be eager to get out of the house and visit us. We have been overwhelmed by the community’s response. We have consistently exceeded our original business and revenue projections. We have proven, time and time again, that local residents don’t have to drive for an hour or two to enjoy an excellent dining experience.
